Everyone here can sign in to the dashboard. Admins can also open this page and manage users. Viewers see the dashboard only. Office managers don't need an account: each office uses its own sale link below.

Office sale report links

Benefix, Meridian, and Omni each have a link below. The sale form asks for the customer phone, the revenue, and the date sold. A sale is recorded as the office named on that link. Changing SALE_PASSCODES in Vercel invalidates all three links; copy the new ones from here and send them again.

Each saved sale sends one Slack message, including a test sale. Benefix, Meridian, and Omni currently use the shared #reported-sales route. Edit switches that office only. The other two stay on the shared route, and the shared alert stays on. A test sale uses that same one route and puts TEST in front of the message.

Users

Passwords are shown once when created or reset. Share them through a password manager, never email or Slack. Removing a user signs them out and they can no longer log in.
